Your Missions :

Ceva BIOVAC is seeking a Production Planning Manager for our autovaccine production campus in Beaucouzé (near Angers). The responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and guaranteeing the production schedule to meet customer requirements, acting as the main interface between production departments and customer contact departments (SRC, supply group, etc.).
  • Deploying and validating policies and tools within your area of responsibility, continuously improving stakeholder satisfaction by balancing supply needs with capacity, optimizing costs in a GMP environment, and coordinating with production, engineering, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.
  • Ensuring capacity aligns with requirements by drawing up and updating capacity plans for vaccine production phases, and adjusting raw material supplies accordingly.
  • Managing the production management tool (Quickbase), ensuring its proper functioning, configuration, and upgrades, and liaising with IT teams.
  • Guaranteeing stock availability by managing raw materials and finished goods stocks, optimizing capacity, and participating in purchasing as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations across processes and methods within your scope.
  • Your Profile :

    Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years' experience in production planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a Master's degree in production planning or equivalent. Strong communication skills in English are required, along with rigor and the ability to work independently. The position is to be filled on a permanent basis as soon as possible.
