Our culture emphasizes innovation, client focus, and a winning spirit.As a Recruiter, you will be part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment supporting division-based roles, especially for ongoing requisitions. Your role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent efficiently to support revenue growth and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various open roles across divisions.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Use sourcing strategies via internal tools, job boards, and networking.
• Support candidate outreach reflecting Acrisure's values.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday ATS and ensure timely updates.
• Provide excellent candidate and manager experience through clear communication.
• Participate in intake meetings and manage candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR and peers to meet hiring needs.
• Represent Acrisure professionally in the market.
• Own requisition performance metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality.
• Proactively resolve hiring obstacles.
• Follow workflows and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 2+ years in service functions (e.g., Account Management, Customer Service), preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
• Proficiency with ATS (Workday preferred) and recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage priorities and stay organized.

Candidates should be comfortable with on-site work within their division for collaboration and leadership.

Salary range: $69,000 - $97,320 annually.
