Ring is looking for a Product Manager to join the Subscriptions team. In this role, you will be working cross functionally to gain insights, define requirements, and develop solutions to support the growth of Ring subscription products. This includes working closely with engineers, support, and our business partners to maintain and support our existing subscriptions and guide new products to launch. You will be the point of contact for improvement initiatives for our subscribers and customer support team while leading and executing process changes.
Key job responsibilitiesYou will work alongside your peers on the Subscriptions team to identify innovative solutions that will create improvements for our existing products and help launch new exciting initiatives. You will develop mechanisms to gather customer and support feedback, analyze data, and present your recommendations. You will drive strategic thinking to help inform decisions aimed at making sure the business is providing the best value to our customers.
About the teamThe Ring Subscriptions product management team is responsible for all areas of the roadmap, spanning new product launches, lifecycle, international expansion and working with the engineering team on scalability. We work closely with all cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, sales, marketing, UX, accounting, and legal to name a few. We strike a balance between moving fast and bias for action, and data-driven decision making and customer obsession.
