A Warehouse Management System (WMS) Manager is responsible for overseeing the WMS in operations and maintaining the system. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the WMS to meet business needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Configure the system by setting parameters, defining workflows, and creating inventory management rules.
• Maintain and update the system, resolve issues, coordinate upgrades, and ensure proper functioning.
• Train users on system use, create training materials, and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze system data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Integrate the WMS with other systems like ERP or order management for seamless data flow.
• Provide technical support to the DHL site team and customers, and develop/test project plans.

Successful candidates should have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience.
• 4+ years in a similar role.
