Your impact
As the Executive Director of Sales (EDS) aligned to the BI Americas, Northeast Geography you will be tasked with providing overall sales management for the activities by driving organic growth (10% per year average) for both near and long-term perspectives. We'll ask you to leverage your expertise to lead business growth and client stewardship activities, including developing and executing market strategies and growth initiatives. You'll also be responsible for a managing multi-million-dollar sales budget for your team and will be held to account for the achievement of assigned sales goals each year. You will coach, train, and develop the sales team while actively developing, delivering, and driving the business growth strategy. You'll communicate and see clients by engaging directly in key pursuit activities during the sales lifecycle to improve win rates, as well as to provide on-the-job training and coaching of the Sales and Operations team. You'll also work with the operations managers to ensure leaders are actively engaged in effective delivery of solutions for clients and sales activities. Using your experience in our markets, you'll work collaboratively across the company to coordinate and drive strategies and sales, especially with common clients. EDSs are expected to lead by example and deliver individual sales goals. As a leader, we'll empower you to manage the overall sales staff and redeploy staff as needed while fostering collaboration with your operations teams, taking intelligent risks, and providing broader services, new markets, technologies, and clients. The base salary range for this position is $225,000.00 to $305,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
