Measure, monitor, adjust, and control to ensure that the Magnet Program meets or exceeds the standards of nursing excellence that are in alignment with the Magnet Recognition Program. Serves as the organizations Magnet Recognition Program expert and coordinator for application, interim reporting, documentation, and appraisal process. Implements and maintains organizations internal nursing career advancement program. Provides leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nurse driven outcomes. Provides leadership in the translation, analysis, and utilization of patient satisfaction data, nurse satisfaction data, and nurse sensitive indicator data. In conjunction with hospital and nursing leadership develops hospital wide strategic plans for improved patient satisfaction, improved nursing satisfaction, and improved nurse sensitive quality outcomes indicative of a Magnet and service excellence driven culture.PAY RANGE: $89,500-$125,500*The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
