The Director of Business Development will focus on the R&D community in AI, cyber, and the information environment and is responsible for seeking out and winning new business. As a vital member of the business development team, this role requires the ability to lead the development and execution of adjacent and momentum business within various customer sets within the Federal Government. The position will help shape, and in some cases lead, the business development process from opportunity identification to bid submission.
ResponsibilitiesEmployees need to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require the ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods, reviewing and analyzing information, and providing recommendations or reports in written format. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. Employees may occasionally need to lift or move weights less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
