American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent outpatient experience for a day shift position in an acute care outpatient setting.Job Details• Work is in an acute care outpatient physical therapy department,• Typical patient load is 8-10 patients per day,• Patient population includes general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, falls, and a large geriatric group,• Shifts are 8 hours in length, with hours typically between 0700 and 1730, scheduled on days,• No weekend or holiday shifts required,• Department utilizes Cerner EMR; prior experience is preferred,• Position is based at a single outpatient site,Job Requirements• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience required,• Current BLS certification required,• CPR certification required,• Active state or compact licensure required and must be in hand at the time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted (License required if applicable),• Experience working with Cerner EMR preferred,• Driver's license copy required upon consideration,• Two professional references required: one supervisor from the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from the last 3 years,Additional Information• Primary responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of ortho, neuro, vestibular, and geriatric outpatients,• Support staff includes PTAs and Rehab Techs,• Burgundy scrubs (top and bottom) or burgundy polo shirt with dark pants required,• Department-specific orientation provided, including EMR training,• Candidates must not have been directly employed by any related facilities within the past year; PRN work via outside agencies may be considered,• 50 mile permanent residence radius required for candidates in certain states including AZ, NV, NE, IA, and MN, determined by driver's license,],• hash,:• 803#######694659546,
