Position Overview

2 Hour Learning is rapidly expanding, planning to establish 25-30 new school campuses within six months. We are seeking experienced operators to take full ownership of key areas such as approvals, construction, onboarding, or finance, with complete autonomy to lead and execute.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage one critical area within the national launch strategy: regulatory approvals, campus development, onboarding systems, or financial operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams with decision-making authority and accountability.
• Create and test operational playbooks in real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate directly with founders, leaders, and staff to establish infrastructure.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and speed.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in top strategy consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Experience managing cross-functional operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in regulatory navigation, site development, onboarding, or large-scale financial operations.
• A structured, action-oriented mindset capable of transitioning from planning to execution.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
• Proficiency with AI tools to streamline processes.

Compensation

This is a full-time, long-term role with an hourly rate of $200 USD, totaling approximately $400,000 USD annually, paid weekly. The position is based on an independent contractor agreement.
