REQ13063 Manager, Copy (Open Date: 24/07/2025)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Copy is responsible to oversee, edit and write copy for all touchpoints of Melco properties; and to ensure that the messages are clear, concise and accurate.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and craft the Marketing Communications copy strategy for City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira integrated resorts.
- Develop and maintain the Brand Voice standards to drive brand consistency for all 3 resorts.
- Oversee, edit and write copy for all touchpoints: from brand campaigns to tactical promos, online videos to social media content, digital advertising and beyond.
- Ensure a clearly-differentiated Chinese copywriting style for Mainland (SC) and for HK/Macau audiences (TC).
- Supervise and guide the Chinese Copywriter and collaborate with a team of Graphic Designers to ideate Marketing and Brand campaign concepts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in bilingual (Chinese and English) copywriting. Experience in writing for the China market is preferred.
- Experience in branding, omni-channel campaigns and digital and social media marketing will be an advantage.
Education
- Degree (or higher) in Mass Communications, Advertising or related fields.
Skills / Competencies
- Good time management, organisational skills and the ability to write for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality
