Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and activate advertising partnerships, including DSPs and content media partnerships to achieve KPIs through campaign activation, value capture, spend efficiency, technology stack optimization, and data capture.
- Coordinate with partner agencies for advertising partnership identification, negotiation, and account management.
- Develop and execute an advertising partnership strategy aligned with the budget planning cycle.
- Ensure all advertising activities adhere to sponsorship policies and procedures.
- Develop and track partner-specific KPIs to measure strategic objectives and report on performance.
- Manage projects, budgets, and contractual obligations, contributing to team development through coaching and support.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and brand guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Advertising and Marketing with agencies and direct clients.
- Extensive experience in campaign management, media buying, and media plan optimization.
- Experience in digital buying, programmatic optimization, and managing DSPs.
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Strong financial and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or higher degree required.
- Travel flexibility.
