About the Role

Join our fast-growing FinTech team and take true ownership of our cloud infrastructure and AI-powered CRM platform. You'll leverage AWS services and container orchestration to build, secure, and scale solutions that drive customer engagement and financial operations—applying AWS Leadership Principles every day, especially Ownership and Deliver Results.

What You'll Do

· Own end-to-end delivery of AWS infrastructure: design, deploy, monitor, and optimize systems using AWS CDK (TypeScript), CloudFormation, IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and more.

· Containerize and orchestrate microservices using Amazon ECS on Fargate: build task definitions, manage service autoscaling, and ensure high availability and cost efficiency.

· Drive robust CI/CD by authoring GitHub Actions workflows for building, testing, and deploying both application and infrastructure code across multiple environments.

· Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, security, and marketing teams to integrate cloud services with our React/TypeScript CRM applications and AI initiatives (AWS Amplify, Bedrock Studio).

· Ensure reliability & cost-efficiency by implementing best practices for observability (CloudWatch, X-Ray), fault tolerance, auto-scaling, and budget controls.

· Champion AWS Leadership Principles—especially Ownership (you act on behalf of the entire company, not just your team) and Deliver Results (you meet or exceed commitments despite setbacks).

· Mentor and evangelize AWS best practices across the organization, conducting brown-bag sessions, writing runbooks, and reviewing designs for security and performance.

Basic Qualifications

· 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on AWS.

· Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK (TypeScript) or CloudFormation.

· Solid understanding of core AWS services (IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).

· Experience containerizing applications and running them on Amazon ECS with Fargate.

· Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex systems and drive results under tight deadlines.

· Hands-on experience writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar).

· Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

· Experience with AWS Amplify for full-stack React/TypeScript apps.

· Familiarity with Generative AI on AWS (Bedrock Studio) or MLOps with SageMaker, Glue, and Redshift.

· Prior exposure to FinTech or CRM/marketing technology domains.

· Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
