Description:As a member of the Marsh McLennan Global Early Careers Talent Development team, the regional Early Career Lead is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive early career program that ensures the success of our emerging talent in their current positions and equips them for bigger roles in the future. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, this role will establish a strong, diverse pipeline of early career talent that not only provides rewarding experience for young professionals but also contributes significantly to the growth and success of our organization.
This position will liaise with regional business leaders, talent acquisition teams, Talent Partners, learning specialists and People Partners to ensure regional early career talent requirements are meeting our evolving business needs, while also providing different experiences for colleagues.
This leader will play a crucial role by overseeing the end-to-end execution of the regional early career framework and program(s). This includes identifying the hiring needs of the business, collaborating with talent acquisition to develop diversity sourcing plans, ensuring successful onboarding and induction processes, conducting talent reviews, facilitating performance conversations, and providing support for development and growth opportunities.
The Early Career Lead is a recognized subject matter expert who will manage large-scale projects or processes and solve complex problems. This role will manage junior team members in effective and efficient completion of tasks to encourage career development and growth. The Early Career Lead will always aim to leverage centralized content and only develop content that can be further deployed as we seek to leverage best-practice and scale.
The Early Career Lead will report to the Global Early Careers Development Leader. They will be a key contributor as we seek to drive greater consistency and collaboration and adopt a “One Marsh McLennan” approach.

The Talent & Inclusion Center of Expertise (COE) collaborates with the other teams in our people function to deliver core people services and programs that enable colleague development and engagement. The COE provides strategy, design, and subject matter expertise to the organization on talent management, learning, leadership, performance, diversity, inclusion, social impact and colleague experience drivers, ensuring alignment between people and business strategies. The applicable base salary range for this role is $100,700 to $210,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
