The Director operates at a senior level within our team. As a Therapy Co-Lead, you will oversee the entire research lifecycle and drive business growth. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and natural leadership.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services produces the Global Therapy Monitor, a leading syndicated research study providing real-world patient data and healthcare professional perspectives across over 30 diseases globally. Our offerings explore pharmaceutical promotional impact, patient experiences, and healthcare trends.

Client Communication
  • Lead day-to-day client communication, deliverables, and report presentations
  • Coordinate project timelines with team schedules, proactively preventing delays
  • Demonstrate therapy area expertise to identify value-added analyses
  • Adopt a Client-First approach to address specific research needs
Study Management
  • Design studies, questions, and analyses to meet client needs
  • Oversee study execution, ensure global consistency, liaise with Project Control, and meet deadlines
  • Prepare report templates and manage complex analyses
  • Write reports that answer client objectives, analyze data, and present insights clearly
Business Development
  • Support RFP responses, proposals, and initial costings
  • Engage with clients to understand challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Create marketing materials and thought leadership content
  • Proactively contact clients and prospects to position our studies as solutions
Team Development
  • Identify support needs to meet deadlines
  • Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external documentation standards
What Do You Need To Bring With You?
  • 5+ years of healthcare market research experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Expertise in specific therapy areas
  • Proficiency in MS Office, IBM SPSS, Tableau
  • Experience with Generative AI applications in research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Business development and client management skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and independent work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills

Note: This role requires working Eastern Time hours.
