WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Construction Project Manager for our New York, New York office. Be involved in projects with our PMCM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.
Senior Construction Manager to lead the Project Management Consultants CM team in overseeing major rail transportation infrastructure projects being delivered under design-build delivery model. Performs all aspects of construction management oversight to confirm that the design-builder is in full compliance with the safety, quality, cost, and schedule commitments of the contract. Prepares technical reports, reviews design for constructability and future operations/ maintenance concerns, monitors permit for compliance, attends and participates in stakeholder coordination meetings, attends meetings with the design-builder team, contributes to the PMC quality assurance oversight plan, enforces compliance by the design-builder with its QA/QC Plan, safety plan and contract schedule.
