Hospital Sponsored Private Practice, Either Guarantee or Employment

Medical Center in Southern Virginia is seeking another full-time General Surgeon. Call would be 1:2. There are eleven primary care physicians for a referral base. Most of the cases are general surgery, and no vascular is required.

This position will be either a private practice, with a financial subsidy from the hospital or an employment opportunity. The incentives may include the following:

Income guarantee with no ceiling on earnings over the guarantee, or salary & bonus.
