Working in coordination with coverage and sector teams globally, the individual will lead efforts to enhance client engagement and establish Natixis as a preferred candidate for active bookrunner and lead DCM roles. Additionally, the candidate will oversee, support, and mentor junior DCM employees toward their individual objectives, challenges, and personal growth.

  • Work closely with DCM colleagues in Paris, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Tokyo to stay informed about market developments in non-USD currencies and to identify relevant client opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for DCM processes (internal management, general counsel, compliance, risk management, joint underwriters, accountants, and rating agencies).
  • Provide information to support senior management in monitoring market conditions and trends.
  • Participate in and manage resources for the preparation of market commentary, economic updates, and new issuance information.

  • Collaborate with coverage teams to identify and attract new corporate clients.
  • Analyze the financial or operational performance of companies facing capital raising needs to identify or recommend solutions.

The salary range for this position will be between $140,000 - 160,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
