Role Overview:

We're seeking a Global Personnel Director to help shape the culture of Pais worldwide. Your focus will be on building spiritual health within our community, supporting national leaders, and strengthening our apprenticeship program, the heartbeat of Pais.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach National Personnel Directors across our global network
• Support recruitment and care of apprentices via local church partners
• Coordinate spiritual development groups (virtual or in-person) twice weekly
• Improve the apprentice application journey and track key metrics
• Build engagement with Pais alumni through service and giving
• Oversee U.S. and global visa processes
• Develop our global Apprenticeship League Table to spur healthy competition

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Are self-motivated and keen to implement existing programs.
• Are passionate about spiritual formation and mission
• Have experience coaching or leading within international or faith-based settings
• Can manage multiple priorities while caring for people deeply
• Understand or are willing to learn how non-profits fundraise through support raising
• This role includes 4 weeks paid vacation, a collaborative in-office environment, and the opportunity to raise additional funds through Pais's donor platform (providing tax benefits to supporters).
