Role Description

This is a full-time on-site lease up role located in Richmond, TX, for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the property, managing tenant relations, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring financial performance. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting property inspections, coordinating lease renewals, marketing vacant units, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including tenant relations and maintenance requests
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection
• Leadership skills, including staff supervision and training
• Marketing and leasing experience to manage vacancy rates
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in property management software
• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
