Principal Semiconductor Laser Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IC Design Engineer with expertise in designing EMLs or other Edge-Emitting Lasers, preferably using InP or other III-V processes. The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in IC Design, Characterization, Device, and Process Engineering, with a focus on lasers.

Broad experience in IC Design, characterization, device fabrication, process development, and driving IC designs into manufacturing.

This role is with a leading manufacturer of opto-electronic ICs for Data Center applications, located in Eastern Pennsylvania, featuring a competitive salary and lucrative equity options. The position is full-time, mid-senior level, within the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
