We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven leader to oversee our Third Party Administrator growth efforts in the United States. This role demands a deep understanding of the TPA landscape, operational challenges, and how technology, service, and financial solutions can deliver value. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an expert relationship builder, and a proven closer, adept at navigating sales cycles and engaging C-level executives. This position reports to the US Executive President and is based in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new TPA clients; deepen existing relationships and strengthen linkages within the insurance claims ecosystem.
  • Establish and nurture executive relationships with key TPA decision makers and influencers, including C-level executives, using a collaborative and consultative approach.
  • Identify industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product development; conduct needs assessments to understand TPA business objectives and pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing, relationship management, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding; maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to engage with the TPA community and broader insurance ecosystem.
  • Bring over 20 years of proven sales experience, especially in selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Deep domain expertise in the insurance industry, focusing on TPA operations and claim fund management.
  • Provide leadership, motivating teams towards common goals.
  • Adopt strategic client and account planning to drive growth.
  • Understand complex requirements and business models, articulating solutions clearly and simply.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Passionate about fintech and scale-ups, with a hands-on mentality.
