Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client, a well-established and highly regarded boutique CPA firm and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in Western Nassau County, Long Island, New York.

They are seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join their firm, with the potential for rapid advancement to partner or full ownership of the practice.

Overview:

As the current owner approaches retirement, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced CPA to join at a senior level and transition into a partner and full owner.

The firm primarily services small businesses and their owners. While some accounting work will be involved, the focus is on preparing corporate and individual tax returns. Future opportunities include obtaining a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar license to expand into wealth management, which is a significant revenue stream.

Job Requirements:

• Partner, manager, or senior level experience at a CPA firm with a CPA license
• Strong tax preparation expertise
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships and excellent communication skills
• Aspiring to expand into wealth management with a CFP or similar credential
• Desire to work in a small CPA firm with diverse responsibilities

Compensation:

• Base salary: $140,000 - $170,000, depending on experience
• Paid health insurance
• Retirement plan with matching contributions

Additional considerations: The client is open to mergers or acquisitions.
