• Base comp $190k-$200k + fully paid medical coverage and 20% non-contributory pension of base of salary
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Must live 1 hour or less from Jericho

Experience:

• Must be a CPA
• Extensive Tax Experience including partnership taxation, trust and estate taxation, individual taxation, corporate taxation.
• Public accounting firm experience preferred
• Family office or experience supporting ultra/high-net-worth individuals through a financial institution, accounting firm, or wealth management environment.
• Do not need international taxation or heavy public accounting

Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate should bring a broad and flexible financial skill set, along with the willingness to wear multiple hats in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
• Liaise with advisors or support preparation
• Bookkeeping experience, including hands-on work with ledgers and reconciliations
• Familiarity or working knowledge of financial markets and alternative investments: Public Equities, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Venture Capital
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-functional role that blends financial operations with occasional office management and family-related support.
• Should be proactive, highly organized, discreet, and adaptable, this is a do-what-it-takes role where no task is too big or too small.
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Growth-oriented position with significant long-term potential.
• Over the next 4–5 years, there is the opportunity for expanded responsibilities and deeper involvement in investment-related activities.
• Carried interest and other performance-based incentives may be considered as the role evolves

About the Firm:

• This is a private family office supporting a multigenerational high-net-worth family.
• The office manages the affairs, financial and otherwise of the patriarchs, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
