Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer (GSPS2 Program)Telecommute: NoClearance Type: Top SecretWork Shift: 1st Shift (9/80A)Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Description:Join a mission-critical team supporting the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Nuclear Deterrence Mission. This on-site role at STRATCOM Building 500 in Omaha, NE, involves full-stack Java web development within an Agile/DevSecOps environment. You'll contribute to the development and maintenance of web-based Java mission systems for the Intelligence, Global Strike, and Nuclear Planning communities. Responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and testing full-stack Java-based web applicationsParticipating in Agile ceremonies and DevSecOps practicesCollaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersSupporting CI/CD pipelines and conducting code reviews Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experienceProficiency in Java/JEE development, including design patterns and best practicesExperience with GWT, Ext JS, JavaScript/JSP, Struts/SpringFamiliarity with application servers such as Oracle, Tomcat, and WeblogicStrong UI development and testing skills using Eclipse and JUnitU.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications:Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Ext JS, React, Angular, VueFamiliarity with RESTful web services, JSON/XMLProficiency with tools like Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab, Gradle, GIT, JIRA, SeleniumUnderstanding of Agile methodologies including SCRUM and XP, and Test-Driven DevelopmentDomain-specific experience with USSTRATCOM mission planning or strike applicationsExposure to domain-specific models and algorithms such as ballistic missile flight modelsExperience developing software test plans and supporting continuous integration and testing Clearance Level: Top SecretTop Secret clearance required.
