Candidate Source is teaming up with a well-established packaging manufacturer in the Southside Richmond area. We're hiring entry-level warehouse associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours, overtime potential, and room to grow. Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $16.50 per hour
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed materials into machines and keep the packaging process moving
- Pack finished products as they come off the line
- Assist Machine Operators with general tasks
- Stack and organize boxes to prepare for shipment
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work (Southside)
- Must pass a drug screen
