ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Electro-Mechanic to join our Maintenance department. This critical role provides essential manufacturing support by maintaining, troubleshooting, and streamlining manufacturingequipment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent computer skills, a strong understanding of safety standards, and a proven track record in a manufacturing maintenance environment. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Perform strong electrical troubleshooting on controls, drives, relays, contactors,and PLC systems.
- Utilize PLC knowledge for diagnostics and, preferably, programming.
- Apply mechanical expertise to maintain and repair gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, shafts, pumps, mixers, and wrapping machines.
- Read and accurately interpret technical diagrams, electrical schematics, and service manuals.
- Work with automation systems, including HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), Robotics, and palletizers/packaging systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety standards in an industrial setting.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement equipment improvements for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Be available to work other shifts and overtime as needed to support manufacturing operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ years of related electro-mechanical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and proficiently operate standard tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety standards in an industrial setting.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's & degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience with welding and machining.
