Alerion Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Geneva, New York. Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel This is a RN Travel position. Travel Operating Room RN - Summer Assignment in the Finger Lakes Region, NY Contract: 13 Weeks | Hours: 36/week | Pay: $75/hour | Weekly Gross: $2,700 Tax-Free Stipends Available for Those Who Qualify We're offering an exciting 13-week travel opportunity for experienced OR RNs to join our dedicated team in the stunning Finger Lakes Region of New York State. Flexible Schedule : Full-time position with four 9-hour shifts (Mon-Fri) + limited on-call. Tax-Free Stipends : Qualified travelers can boost their take-home pay with tax-free housing and meal stipends (to be determined) Benefits : Access to 401(k) with company match and medical option available. Ideal Timing : Work a contract through summer into fall and enjoy everything the Finger Lakes has to offer—lush trails, waterfalls, vineyards, and colorful foliage. We're seeking a confident and capable OR RN with strong circulating experience across multiple service lines. You'll play a key role in a fast-paced, community-oriented surgical environment where adaptability and teamwork are essential. On-Call: 1 weekday per week + 3 weekends per 4-week period Shift Times: Orthopedics (including total joints, trauma, arthroscopies) General Surgery (laparoscopic and open procedures) Urology (familiarity with litho laser use) ENT (pediatrics: GI (colonoscopies, EGDs) Ophthalmology (cataracts using microscope/phaco) Podiatry (sports medicine, endoscopic procedures) GI and ophthalmology experience (cross-training available). Float Requirement : Must be willing to float to other facilities as needed. Ideal Background : Previous experience in small community hospitals is a plus, especially those familiar with taking on-call independently.
