Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Billing Office Manager, located on-site in Sumter, SC. The Billing Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day billing operations, manage the revenue cycle, handle accounting tasks, and ensure accurate practice management. Responsibilities also include office administration and managing insurance claim processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Accounting
  • Knowledge of Practice Management and Office Administration
  • Understanding AIA Billing
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and train staff
  • Proficiency in relevant software and billing systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred
