Job Description :
- Kalamazoo, MI
- 3 month assignment with option to extend
- Adults only
- Primary care coverage
- Chronic Care management with some acute visits
- Must be Monday-Friday 5 days/week
- 8a-5p
- Has to be comfortable using a EMR – this has been a pain point for the client with candidates in the past
- Does not need to be board certified
- Can cover lodging but not flights/rental car
- MI license, MI CSR and DEA
- EMR is Avatar
- No call/no weekends
- 15-20 PPD
- Credentialing takes about 1-2 week
