Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Rose Haven Nursing Center

Compensation: Starting at $47–$60/hr (Based on Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Available for Full-Time New Hires

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN shifts available

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon or graduate of an approved PT program (or in the process of licensure)
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care setting preferred
