=Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Webster, TX (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: 106 W. Bay Area Blvd, Webster, TX 77598
Contract- 3+ months
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.38–$22.53/hr (Contract Position, OT after 40 hrs)
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomist II to provide exceptional patient care and high-quality specimen collection at our Webster Patient Service Center in Webster, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform confident and high-quality blood draws on patients across all age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Prepare specimens accurately for lab testing following proper procedures
• Verify patient identification and label specimens in the patient's presence
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with clinic staff and demonstrate leadership behaviors
• Provide services at different locations as needed with minimal notice
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws
• Experience in a high-volume Patient Service Center preferred
• Proven customer service background; retail or service industry experience a plus
• Proficient in data entry and use of computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to travel and work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Must be capable of handling multiple priorities independently
Training location may vary based on trainer availability.
This is a contract position with potential for extension or permanent employment depending on performance and organizational needs.
