We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Waco, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in similar settings and an active Texas SLP license.

• Provide therapeutic evaluation and treatment to residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Document progress and maintain compliance with facility standards

✅ Requirements:

• Active State of Texas SLP License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF or LTC
• Certifications: BLS (preferred)
• EMR experience: Not listed (assume documentation proficiency required)
