Job Title : Project Architect
Location : 640 South State Street, Dover, DE 19901
Duration : Full-time Perm.
Education : Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or related filed
Responsibility:
- The Project Architect is responsible for the planning, design development and execution of new construction and renovation projects from inception through to completion, as well as leading master planning and lifecycle management activities for enterprise-wide.
- Acts as the architectural design process owner for facilities planning initiatives. As such, provides technical leadership needed to establish overall direction of architectural design, campus planning, landscape architecture, capital planning and related facilities initiatives.
- Continually monitors projects during the construction phase and works directly with the AHJ inspectors to assure that plans and specifications are followed.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in architecture/space planning or related work experience.
