We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Master's Level Clinician (Limited License acceptable) for an ongoing contract at the Gus Harrison Correctional Facility! If you have experience in a program similar to ours and meet the requirements, we encourage you to apply.
Position Details:
- Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Weekend Requirement: No weekends.
- Pay Rate: $60.00/hour
- Contract Length: Ongoing
Requirements:
- Education & License: Must hold a master's level degree and have an active license. A limited license is acceptable.
- Experience: Previous experience is required and should be relevant to the specific program offered at this facility.
- Certifications: Must have a BLS certification from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
- Vaccine Status: COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position.
- Scrub Color: You can wear any color scrubs except navy blue.
Job Duties:
As a Master's Level Clinician, you will be responsible for providing a range of clinical services to a diverse population. Your duties will include:
- Therapeutic Interventions: Providing individual and group therapy sessions.
- Assessments: Conducting comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments to determine patient needs.
- Treatment Planning: Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
- Case Management: Coordinating care with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources.
- Crisis Intervention: Responding to and de-escalating crisis situations.
- Collaboration: Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
