Primary Care Physician – Full Time or Part Time
We are currently seeking compassionate, mission-driven Primary Care Physicians to join our dedicated clinical teams at three locations in Los Angeles. These roles offer the opportunity to deliver comprehensive care in a community-focused, collaborative environment.

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time preferred; part-time considered at Melrose and Hollywood locations. Flexible options include 4-day work weeks, 8- or 12-hour shifts. Virgil requires full-time, though 32 hours may be considered.
Start Date: ASAP
Patient Volume: Approx. 22 patients per day (split between AM and PM sessions)
Admin Time: 4 hours per week (remote optional); 36 hours of clinic time
Reporting To: Associate Medical Director
Visa Support: J1 Visa sponsorship available
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services including physical exams, ordering and interpreting tests, and creating treatment plans.
Continuously monitor and adjust patient care as needed for optimal outcomes.
Guide patients and families in navigating clinic and external healthcare services.
Mentor student and resident physicians; consult with support staff on treatment plans.
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and protocol development.
Collaborate in team meetings to enhance healthcare delivery systems and clinic operations.
Support and lead new clinic programs or healthcare initiatives.
Identify and contribute to staff training and development needs.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (must obtain certification prior to start)
Specialty Needs by Location:
Melrose & Virgil: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with pediatric experience (all ages, including OBG)
Hollywood: Internal Medicine only (adults); experience with homeless or addiction medicine populations preferred
Open to new graduates; relevant residency completion required
