Lead and develop the Financial Aid and Bursar teams, setting goals, ensuring training, and upholding compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Design, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and systems for effective delivery of financial aid and student account services. Oversee all financial aid processing using Anthology (Campus. Vue), ensuring accuracy of student records and funding disbursements. Manage financial aid packaging, loan processing, PHEAA grant administration, and scholarship evaluation. Serve as the go-to expert for complex or escalated student financial concerns. Collaborate with leadership on tuition proposals, budgeting, and revenue forecasting. Ensure timely and accurate reporting for IPEDS, FISAP, ECAR, PPA renewals, and Student Status Reports. Supervise Federal Work Study allocation, disbursement schedules, and reconciliation.
