Field all service-related phone calls and efficiently schedule technicians to complete all required service work, tasks, and preventative maintenance contracts, in a fast-paced environment, these tasks are backup to the Service Manager. Provide our customers with a friendly and pleasant response to their needs. Notify customers in advance to maintain our service schedules. Ensure all the proper project pricing information is on the job ticket(s) so Accounts Receivable can invoice in a timely manner. Parts ordering. Shipping & Receiving. Record keeping, including ISO documentation, vehicle maintenance and training records. Manage call out schedule. Qualifications & Education Requirements:High School Diploma (or equivalent)Proven initiative and a positive attitude. Highly dependable. Required to work overtime, when necessary.
