Position: Operations Analyst ILocation: Indianapolis, IndianaDuration: 6 monthsJob ID: 169129Job Overview:The Operations Analyst I will play a critical role in supporting global stakeholders and driving operational readiness for HR Shared Services. This project-based role requires deep analysis, discovery, and collaboration with various teams, including HR Shared Services and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, process optimization, and stakeholder management, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with ES People Services to ensure operational readiness for new employees harmonized via acquisition or new country entity.
  • Collaborate with ES Centers of Expertise to plan harmonization strategies for newly acquired employees, ensuring compliance obligations are met.
  • Build trusted relationships with key ES stakeholders, including legal and HR compliance teams, to operationalize new or enhanced processes and programs.
  • Act as a thought partner with ES M&A teams to develop consistent and repeatable approaches for acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable solutions by creating repeatable tools, templates, process documentation, and communication plans.
  • Define clear service level standards to create accountability and deliver enhanced value through ES People Services.
  • Analyze data trends and develop action plans to support process changes, program education, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with global shared services teams to ensure consistency across processes and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide feedback to management and stakeholders regarding policy, process, and employee experience updates.
  • Track and analyze service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in projects from planning through implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, including shared services or HR operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of local HR practices, processes, and programs.
  • Experience with time-off and leave statutory requirements across multiple countries is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Workday and case management tools preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Excel) and basic knowledge of word processing tools (e.g., Google Docs).
  • Experience with HR systems, metrics, data analysis, and lean process improvement strategies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.

Pay Range: $25 - $30The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
