MAU is hiring a Logistics Structure and Material Flow Planning Specialist for our client in Greer, SC. As a Logistics Structure and Material Flow Planning Specialist, you will plan and optimize logistics structures across plant and warehouse operations to support process efficiency and future growth. This is a long-term renewable contract opportunity.

Shift Information:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Planning, or 4 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of related experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Material control
- Warehouse/plant operations
- Warehouse/plant layout
- At least 1 year of supervisory or project leadership experience
- 1–3 years of analytical skills and extensive data analysis experience
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience with: Microsoft Office applications, Visio, MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) or time studies
General Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead logistics projects independently
- Comfortable conducting space, cost, and contract analyses
- Experience with logistics planning tools and decision documentation
Essential Functions:
- Manage strategic planning and reporting
- Perform layout planning for warehouses, logistics areas, and future plant expansion
- Conduct logistics process planning, long-term investment planning (LIP), and space requirement analysis for long-term enterprise planning (LUP)
- Lead logistics projects independently
- Investigate, improve, and stabilize logistics processes aligned with company targets
- Calculate Days of Supply simulations and recommend changes based on supplier locations
- Verify and analyze structural data, including trailer and product movements
- Analyze inventory storage costs
- Drive process improvements for optimized warehouse strategies
- Develop methodologies and write decision papers for structural investment planning
- Collaborate with Facilities & Energy on 2D and 3D logistics area layouts
- Perform financial analysis of logistics service vendor contracts
- Maintain and update logistics planning tool (LPP) using MTM or time study data
