The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead the design management process for a hyperscale data center, coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to scope

• Ensure adherence to design standards, client specifications, and mission-critical requirements
• Work closely with cost and commercial teams to manage budget, procurement, and contract administration
