Responsibilities

The EHS Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems across multiple locations:

  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and training programs to support regulatory compliance and organizational goals
  • Conduct audits and inspections across manufacturing facilities
  • Lead and support site-level safety and ergonomic committees
  • Provide technical guidance related to regulatory compliance
  • Oversee ISO 14001 system implementation, maintenance, and certification support
  • Analyze relevant data and generate meaningful reports
  • Stay current on applicable EHS legislation
  • Support the professional development of site-level EHS personnel
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to align safety and environmental priorities with business objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, including knowledge of complex production operations such as assembly, molding, or coatings
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multi-site operations
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001 systems and regulatory standards
