As an Associate Project Manager, you'll lead risk assessments, coordinate across departments and partners, and implement solutions that keep projects on time and budget—making a direct impact on sustainable energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project‑specific risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Coordinate communication across Development, Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, and Stakeholders
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities
- Manage design/engineering schedules, geotech requests, and change‑management documentation.
- Conduct monthly site visits and prepare observation reports
- Assist permitting and entitlement processes
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
- 2+ years' related experience
- PMP preferred
- Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage change and respond quickly in a fast‑paced environment
