Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX for a Residential Land Development Superintendent. The superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring site safety, scheduling, quality control, and problem-solving on-site issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and land development
• Knowledge of site safety protocols, quality control, and scheduling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
• Ability to work effectively on-site and in varying weather conditions
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or OSHA certification are beneficial
• 5 + years of experience
