The\nOpportunity:
As\nthe Managing Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing\nveterinary medicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll\nalso provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we\nfollow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care\nthrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate\nwith the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.
Your\nQualifications:
· Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program, and have an active license

Compensation
• Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience)
• Production based bonuses
• Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses available
