Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Type: Full-TimeCompany: Hobbs Home ImprovementsLocation: Lorain, OHPay: $20/hourSchedule:Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site)About the Role:Hobbs Home Improvements is growing at an impressive pace and is looking for a dependable, full-time Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills. You'll be the go-to person in the office and play a key role in customer service, job coordination, and administrative support.Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties
  • Be on-site at our office to accept and manage deliveries
  • Sign off on warehouse deliveries and coordinate delivery logistics
  • Take inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to set appointments for in-home consultations with our sales team
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and track new project leads
  • Perform follow-up calls/emails on open leads and pending estimates
  • Answer phones and respond professionally to customer inquiries
  • Organize and maintain job records and documentation
  • Take inventory of office and job site materials
  • Handle all material ordering and supply tracking
  • Input job information into Google Drive and other internal systems
  • Use our CRM software to manage customer data and scheduling
  • Perform office clerical work and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
  • Keep the office tidy and organized
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and high comfort level with technology (must be tech-savvy)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using CRM databases
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to undergo a drug and background check
  • Previous office administration or customer service experience is a plus
  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role is required
