As ourFood&Beverage Manager (FBM),you'lloversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring everything runsefficientlyand consistently.You'llwork alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager tooversee daily operations, with a primary focus ondeliveringa fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience—every single day.
WhatYou'llDo:
Take ownership of our food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency.Monitor trends and work with peers tocreate action plans tooptimizeresults.
Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Own anddelivertraining for Customer Service Associates tobuildproficiencyand motivate them to provide outstandingcustomer service.
Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development. Recognizegreat performanceand helpAssociates grow.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards.
Oversee inventory, ordering, andequipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Flexible availabilityto work various shifts,includingweekends, and holidays,to meet business needs
Strong leadership experience, ideallyin food service or retailenvironmentsis a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, make decisions, anddrive changein a fast-paced environment.
Skilled inproblem solving todrive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.
