You'll have direct access to founders, autonomy to run with your ideas, and the ability to create real impact.

About the role:

  • Be the strategic lead for social media at a company set to launch into major retail for the first time in March.
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing and manage a growing team of 2+, with oversight across both organic and paid social.
  • Collaborate with agencies across influencer marketing, Meta ads, and paid TikTok—own the results and drive the vision.
  • Make an immediate impact: You'll bridge the gap between leadership and execution and help shape a fast-growing brand from the inside out.
  • Hybrid schedule with weekly in-person collaboration near NYC (Tuesdays), alongside a flexible team based across NJ and NY.
  • Work closely with passionate founders and a new, energized marketing org—long tenure and smart hiring have built a stable foundation for growth.
  • Support a mission-led brand with clean, vegan formulations and patent-backed innovation featured in Allure, Forbes, and NYFW backstage.

Background:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in social media, including strategy, analytics, and content execution—ideally in-house at a consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of both organic storytelling and paid social performance metrics; you're as creative as you are analytical.
  • Experience managing teams, collaborating with creative and growth leads, and aligning social KPIs to business goals.
  • Bonus: Background in beauty, K-Beauty, or prior experience launching into Sephora or Ulta.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with direct access to decision-makers and a true ownership mindset.
