From delivery to installation and assembly, demand for these services has grown significantly. Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Job Summary: The management, coordination, and execution of warehouse operations. Warehouse operations professionals play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure that products and goods are handled with safety, quality, and care as they are moved around and monitor inventory levels to ensure warehouse capacity is met for timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on work results using quality compliance and ensure metrics compliance.
• Ensure current and accurate inventory control for all customers.
• Responsible for training, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of warehouse employees.
• Manage contractors for drivers/installers.
• Ensure staff can safely operate equipment and move materials.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse-related equipment.
• Communicate with other departments, staff groups, and vendors as needed.
• Maintain the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse.
• Train staff on safety procedures.
• Maintain OSHA records and safety inspections as required.
• Complete all tasks thoroughly and promptly, including communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Create a positive, professional work environment and lead by example.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned by management.
