We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and expert at keeping multiple tasks and stakeholders on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocation
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and milestones
• Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions proactively
• Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, budget guidelines, and quality expectations

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira)
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
