Essential functions

  • Lead and manage end-to-end product lifecycle processes, including ideation, planning, development, testing, and launch of solutions across various domains, with an emphasis on AI/ML applications.
  • Drive product growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer-centric product management.
  • Conduct discovery, A/B testing, and data-driven analysis to validate business hypotheses and define the long-term roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product backlogs, establish KPIs, and ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering client satisfaction and measurable results.
  • Provide mentorship, lead staffing initiatives, and improve internal standards and educational programs.
  • Ensure successful product launches through risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking across tech and non-tech teams.
  • Utilize cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines within AWS, Oracle, Azure, and Google Cloud environments to drive continuous improvements.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field. Employer also requires the following certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner II and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
    • At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered or at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following:
      • Developing and executing customer-focused product and delivery strategies using agile/SAFe methodologies.
      • Setting up, leading and improving cross-functional team management processes in product development lifecycles, feature launches/releases, and roadmap planning.
      • AWS, Oracle, Google Cloud, and Azure Cloud.
      • Conducting advanced data analysis, user journey mapping, and A/B testing.
      • Implementing AI/ML models, focusing on generative AI and data-driven solutions.
      • Miro and PowerBI.
